They renovated the center couple of years ago. It's very modern looking, plenty of a space for events, areas to relax and work. The garden is out of this world. This is a gem in the city of Plymouth.

I booked one of the meeting rooms for an important event and clearly stated on the reservation form that I was expecting 50 guests. When the event began, the room had been set up with only 30 chairs, and staff were still rearranging the room after the class had already started. To avoid any issues, I stopped by the day before to confirm that everything was ready. I was assured that it was. Unfortunately, that was not the case. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability when I raised the concern. The front desk employee who had assured me the previous day that everything was prepared seemed indifferent to the situation, and his response did not reflect the level of professionalism or customer service I expected. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that mistakes can happen. However, how those mistakes are handled matters. In this case, there was little ownership of the issue and no sense of urgency to correct it. When I raised the concern with the manager, he was reasonable and professional in addressing the situation. Cool place-there are basketball courts, soccer fields, a small art museum, and indoor playground that is pretty epic and intense. Very unique!! There is also a beautiful garden and frisbee golf

We were visiting family during the holidays and got stuck for a few extra days due to weather. We brought our 3 yo twin boys here and we were blown away by the incredible facilities! The indoor playground and variety of things to do was simply amazing. We will be back!

We had such a great time at the Plymouth Community Center's indoor playground! It’s super clean, well-designed, and perfect for little kids to explore safely. There’s plenty of space to run, climb, and play without it feeling overcrowded. The setup encourages creativity and movement, and the seating for parents is a nice bonus. A great spot to burn energy especially on cold or rainy days. Highly recommend for families with toddlers and young kids!
